1. Open IrfanView
2. Go to File -> Batch Conversion
3. Change output format to "PNG - Portable Network Graphics"
4. Find the folder with your BMPs in
5. Add the pictures you want, or if doing all click Add all
6. Change outfit directory to where you want them to go (folder on Desktop?)
7. Hit Start Batch
