Awww I think it's nice that you have your own style like that, and it's not just chick lit, I think you must be far more intelligent than me to be able to absorb the 19th century literature, I enjoy it but I have to really concentrate on it.
I'm really struggling with I Capture The Castle, I don't know if it's the book itself or that I've lost my way with reading this week?
^ I really didn't "get" I Capture The Castle. When I saw you were reading it I was a bit ughh. I've read it twice now, both times a good few years ago but I really didn't see why people like it so much.
So I started reading Divergent today after hearing loads of reviews about it. I read it for a couple of hours earlier and got about 1/4 through. I got home from watching the Olympics after 1am and I thought 'ah I'll read a little bit more before I go to bed'. Well it's now 4:40am and I've just finished it. I loved it! It felt a liiiiiittle bit samey samey dystopian but like The Hunger Games I was sucked in and just couldn't put it down. I have Insurgent too and I'm tempted to start it tomorrow but I inhale books so easily that I might try and make myself wait a bit! Has anyone else read Divergent yet? I've seen it on a few of the reading lists!
