If you happen to have one of my unique hexies and want to change something simple, like the eye color or hair .bmp, go ahead, you don't need to ask (though I would love to see a picture of the results, of course). If you want to do something really complex, like adding wings or a new hairstyle or something, that's ok, too, but I really need to see a picture of that! Renaming is always ok, even if you've already had the baby a long time. Rehoming is also ok, as long as it is done for free. I prefer that you do not delete my unique hexies, but I don't mind if you folder them (though I prefer that you try to adopt them out if you folder them for more than a year or two--meaning if you folder them, find them a long time later, and decide that you're just going to put them back in the folder, it might be time to give them to someone else). If you try and are unable to rehome them, foldering for as long as you like is acceptable, as is emailing them back to me (your choice). Please don't use code from one of my unique hexies on another baby unless you know that the same code is available on one of my rehexable download babyz.
My downloadable hexies have their rehexing permissions set individually, so check my website (goldbellbabyz.webs.com/) before rehexing those (usually a baby that is originally non-rehexable will become rehexable at some point in the future). Please don't take a baby that is supposed to be a fantastic creature of some sort and try to revert it back to a normal human state (I can't imagine why you'd want to, but just in case); it would be more trouble than it was worth if it worked at all, and if you don't want a mermaid or something, don't download a mermaid. Please do not rehome any of my downloadable babyz unless the following four conditions are met: (1) the file is no longer available for download, (2) I am not available to ask about it, (3) the original file has not been altered, and (4) the new owner is made fully aware that the baby was originally a download.
If you happen to have one of my old hexies with code that I've lost (had a couple of computer crashes), it would certainly be nice if you'd send me a copy for my own reference. I can't think of anything major I'm missing at the moment, but it has happened in the past that I've lost code and had to get it back from someone who'd adopted a baby from me.
