𝓡iley 🧁 i totally get what you mean about not letting it dry. i did that the first time and it was extremely crusty-ish. after doing it correctly, though, i'm liking it pretty well so far. i really wish i could pull off a wig. i get so sick of fixing my hair all the time.
so...regarding the products above, i wasn't impressed with the almay foundation or the eye shadow. i wanted to love the eye shadow so much because the colors looked so beautiful, but i can't tell a difference in the colors at all whenever i apply them!
right now, my go-to foundation is rimmel stay matte, but i'd really like to find something a little better.
i also started a new skin care regime today based off this article:
i'm the kinda girl that's lazy and doesn't take off her makeup before she goes to bed, then i saw this and i was like omfg CAN. I. PLEASE. HAVE. HER. SKIN her skin looks so amazing & i've been stalking her insta, too.
before, i strictly used neutrogena facial cleanser in the shower. it has worked wonders for my skin in the acne department, but my face is still unevenly toned [does that even make sense?] from laying in the sun so much over the years and not taking care of my skin like i should. today, i used the neutrogena in the shower, applied alcohol-free neutrogena toner afterward, then finished it off with cetaphil. i'm still waiting on a few of the products to come in the mail, but i'm super excited to see how this routine works with my skin.
So glad I found this thread! I love (like too much!) makeup! I can't even count the pieces of makeup I have right now some of my favorite lines are: HUDA beauty, MAC, Karity and one on etsy I can't remember haha. Btw does anyone have a good recommendation for a makeup primer for acne/oily prone skin???
