How important are the clothing spirtes?

I've gotten confident enough in my ability to hex basic clothes(tees and pants mostly) that I'm thinking about opening a mootique, however before I do that I want to know how important the sprites are?

I can hex them too look correct in the closet and on the baby(because what would be the point of hexing clothes that didn't look right on the baby?)



However the in between leaving the closet and going on the baby...

I have no idea how to do. So my question is how important is it for everyone that those sprites are done and also can someone direct me to a tutorial that can teach me how to hex them? I can't seem to find one. I know I need a program other than LNZ and Tinker for it but I have no idea what program...

Almost nobody makes the images other than the closet ones any different from the default so I wouldn't worry about it! It would take you a painstakingly long time to do it as you'd have to create an image for each and every little frame of animation.

Okay dokay ^^ Thank you. I thought that might be the case, I figured if it was important there would be a tutorial somewhere easy to find, but I wanted to be sure.
