you can move/close it, but there was no resolution from photobucket! they replied to my email asking for restored access, but they wanted me to send a selfie with today's date to prove it was me and to link it to the photos in the account. I explained that a selfie would do absolutely no good, since none of the pictures in there were actually of me, but were just like baby cartoon graphics. No reply from them after that. ugh! lol

ugh that's so frustrating trisha! surely they must know people used photobucket for all sorts of things other than just actual photos haha.

ℓacey ☀️ I have a sort of update. So last night, I noticed that a lot of my images are working again. like if you go back to page 1 of this thread, that image that wasn't working before should be working for you now? so obviously they did something on their end, but I was not informed of it and still was unable to log in from my laptop. But last night I logged in to photobucket from my cell, and was taken to a page asking me to upgrade my account for $5.99/month to be able to keep my photos. So I did that - paid the $5.99 and it took me to my "account" - which is EMPTY. None of my images are showing in there! I don't understand it at all, they're working on Laughter and on milk but I can't access them in my account to download and save them. I sent an absolutely scathing email lol so hopefully this will get figured out!

that is so strange Trisha 🌅. if you go to the URL of the photo does it show that it's on an account? like you know how sometimes if you go to the url it takes you to the photobucket page instead of just the image?

yes, in the url of the photo, it shows trishababyz1 as the account. but then deleting the stuff after that in the url, like how sometimes you could do that to see the other images in the account, then it just gives the little icon that says "sorry, this photo is unavailable".

and the other weird thing is that I can't log in at all from my computer, only cell. I've tried multiple browsers and clearing cookies, and it just says either incorrect password or incorrect captcha. Gonna try from our other desktop in a few mins and see if that makes any difference. this is just so bizarre and frustrating!
