ℓacey ☀️ what do you mean? Like deleting all the base game objects and clothes? I currently have nothing hexed in there its a fresh install (the one downloaded in the thread Helen linked me)

Helen🌸 My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 and im updating my drivers now, I'll let you know if that fixes it.
Also I've gotten babyz working on this pc before but at some point it stopped working so I uninstalled it. I've tried so many times since then and never managed to get it working again.
Thanks so much everyone for trying I really appreciate this. (This is why I offered a drawing as payment as I had a feeling this was going to be tricky!)
I feel like I must be doing something obvious wrong and just not noticing!

You can reset the babyz registry by holding ctrl and shift whilst launching the game, you should get a popup.

If that doesn't work, this link explains cleaning the registry by hand, if you have had babyz installed on your pc before something in there might be messed up and stopping it from working now.

Reset the registry I think, I managed to press ctrl shift before the error popped up and I hit okay, i don't know if it worked though. I also downloaded the programme in the wiki article you sent Helen and ran it. Still no luck.

Ely oh no definitely keep the original clothes/toys in, i just meant make sure you have no hexed ones. and have you been trying to run it with a baby in adopted babyz or without one? if i recall sometimes the code baby adoption process used to cause problems for people sometimes, maybe try running it with/without a baby in adopted babyz? just trying to narrow down possiblities haha.

There was no baby in the adopted babyz folder before, just tried it with one of my hexies and no luck. I am updating my drivers currently though so I'll wait for those to be done then try again.

Drivers are now fully updated, still coming up with the Unhandled Exception error. There is no baby in the adopted folder

Mine would only ever work if it was in the documents folder. You should be able just to move the Ubisoft folder there from program files. Then run as admin and make sure petza is installed.
