Multiple issues

Look around your drives a bit more. Sometimes when the game isn't installed into the documents folder, different parts of the game end up in two different places in the program files. So it's possible there is one under a specific user, and also in another place. So I'd check all available program file folders, if that makes sense, to see if the game got split into two places. That happened with me and petz 5 before, before I put it into my documents.

This is what I did:
Reinstall Babyz normally as you would under program files. Don't open the game or anything because it causes it to glitch out.
Cut and paste the entire babyz folder to Documents and you should be able to open it normally without glitches happening.
However, for some reason if glitches do arise, if you still have missing folders, game toys, and game clothes, they should be able to be downloaded from Milk and everything should work fine.

Do you have full administrator rights to your PC? If not you may be restricted on where you can install your files.

yes I have full administrator rights... I'm not sure of the problem

however just to make sure - have you looked in the "resource" folder? that's where the clothes and toys folders are supposed to be. just checking! <3

in your main babyz folder there should be a folder called "Resource" and then inside it are folders called "Clothes" and "Toyz"
