Just taking out items you're not using for safe keeping elsewhere will be fine, but of course if you do want to keep everything in game at once you will need to download LNZ Pro and fiddle with the ID numbers! You'll find that if you get lots of items from the same hexer that they will not conflict because we tend to make sure not to reuse ID numbers. But there are only so many numbers available so different hexers will inevitably end up sharing them.
