Clothing bases

I like Jordyn's idea of voting on specific bases from people who have long been absent. I wouldn't feel comfortable making a decision that covers everything after X amount of time, especially if there are hexers like Liz who pops in from time to time, or like Alison, who I am still in contact with even though she doesn't post here anymore. I'd have a really hard time not honoring their original wishes.

I can't really think of any specific pieces of clothing (that haven't already been mentioned in this thread) that aren't already open for recoloring per the original hexer, but if there are any that we'd need to vote on, I'd say do it on a case by case basis.

I mean presumably we're referring to people who are not contactable. People like Liz & Allison are in contact with someone on Milk and their wishes can be made known.

Voting sounds great. I can't think of any off the top of my head but didn't Laura or LK create their own bases? Are they around?
I was meaning the ones that are no longer around or in contact that have the no rehexing right. Not people who've stayed around or in contact.

Does Charlotte have some bases of her own? Because she hexed this set and I don't know if that scarf or that hat is available anywhere. I always thought they were really cute though. And she hasn't been on in a long time either.

^ I think those bases are recolours of other people's; looks like Sharon's, Brittney's and possibly BCS

Would anyone be willing to help me compile a list of items (with photos) and whether it is rehexable or not? I think it'd help those that want to get started or back into hexing to have a pinned list.
I have an adorable idea and want a ski hat and scarf in it but (1) am not sure who created them and (2) am not sure if it is free reign to recolor or not.
Maybe if hexers would be willing to post a photo of the bases they (or close friends) created and the preference on it.
I want to make sure the nonrecolorable items are included as well so we don't upset the hexers and can vote on those that are -nonrecolorable/don't have a preference -but have been gone so long that we don't know how to reach for permission.

I was wondering about that scarf, too, Jordyn!

So, not to sound like a jerk, is there a comprehensive list? I have so many things floating in my head that I'd like to turn into babyz fashions and I'm having a heck of a time finding out whether I can hex them or not!
