Converting this into only a skirt?

If anyone couldn't tell based on me having a hundred of them in my mootique on Babyz.org, I absolutely adore using Budgie's raincoat base as a dress for my girls. Evelyn has too many linez to be able to wear this dress, which makes me sad. She just barely manages to break it, which has had me thinking for a while - "What if I just take the skirt-part off of this dress and then she can wear a normal flat tee or tube top for the rest of it?"

I tried to do so myself a few times, but because I have no experience with clothes base hexing, I have only managed to abort error my game every time. I'm guessing I kept deleting the wrong parts and it'd keep trying to reference a part I removed.



In short, I was wondering if someone would mind helping me get just the skirt off of this base? It would mean so much to me if anyone is even so much as willing to attempt it. <3 I would explode with excitement if I could manage to get the skirt of this dress onto Evelyn, it would suit her so perfectly. Unfortunately I can't help. I just wanted to say I understand your frustration! My Aubrie can't wear anything but shirts, diapers, pants and socks. Anything else just looks all broken up and weird or glitches out so bad it crashes my game.
Hopefully you figure it out so your girly can wear the skirt! It's very cute.

Like this? it needs to be worn with a matching diaper or onesie but otherwise it looks super cute!

Ironically I think I have taken the top off that before and used it in a set somewhere - just heaven knows which one lol ^_^
