SmartUS.dll?

So i managed to get Viavoice at least installed (oddly enough, with windows 10 i managed to install it by installing it while installing Dogz4. Who knew? haha). However, to setup the mic for Babyz, it says i'm missing a file called SmartUS.dll. Does anyone know where to get that file, or have a copy they could possibly send to me? Also, once i get ahold of this file, where might it possibly go into in the game? haha
