Resetting register not activating missing items.

So I don't have the large white bear, the stuffed man, the plants, the fridge magnets ect. I tried the old ctrl+shift to reset the registry but it resets it and still no sign of missing items. I've unistammed petza to see if that was the problem but it's made no difference. I can see the files for these items in my toyz folder but no sign of the items in game. Please can anyone help it's really frustrating.

I would love to offer some wisdom, but sadly all I can say is that I have not managed to get these items to appear since I've had Windows 10

Have you tried checking the Registry Editor > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > and then find PF. Magic, which I found in WOW6432Node folder. Delete Babyz folder? This is what I do for petz-- it might work with babyz.
