Hexing Base Question: Identify this Tutu [RESOLVED]

Can someone please help me identify where this hexing base is from? The tutu.
I found the tinkering photo with it, I believe.




I have it saved as "skirt 8" and I want to figure out where I found it because it was such a helpful resource!
(So I want to use more of the bases!)
