Downloaded clothing not showing up on baby (can be closed!)

So forgive me if this is answered somewhere (I could not find anything about it) but I have some clothing I downloaded that isn't showing up when placed on my baby. For example: I have a colorful diaper that shows up as it is supposed to be on the diaper shelf but as soon as I put it on, it changes to a white diaper. Any idea if I need to change any IDs or anything?

That doesn't sound like and ID problem to me, if it were that, the diaper wouldn't show up in the clothes closet at all.

The only thing I can think of is either there was a mistake when hexing, or it is an old enough set that it was before we knew how to embed bmps, so there would be bmp files in the download folder with the clothes files, and those bmp files would need to be put in the Recource/Clothes folder along with the clothes files, to make it work.
